Jenna M. Bergeron
Partner
Jenna’s goal is to help her clients navigate through difficult times in their lives and guide them toward achieving their long-term goals. Jenna represents clients in complex domestic cases involving divorce, custody, child support, alimony, property division, paternity and parenting issues, post-judgment modifications, guardianships, and contempt.
She is passionate about making a positive impact on her clients by helping them get to a place where they can move forward with their lives. Jenna understands that ideal outcomes often differ greatly from case to case and from person to person. Her approach is therefore firmly client focused. As she develops relationships with her clients, Jenna learns their goals, positions, and perspective on their case to develop a strong strategy that allows her clients to get the best possible outcome for their case.
While always having a primary focus on family law matters, Jenna has a wide array of experience in domestic relations, criminal defense, civil litigation, and appellate practice in both the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of New Hampshire. This experience allows her to foresee ancillary and potential future issues which may arise in family law disputes and assist her clients in planning accordingly.
